Meet our Property Manager:

I am Carleigh Waterman, the property manager for Gulf Coast Palms. With my business management and real estate background, I have managed a diverse portfolio of over 600 single-family and multi-family homes across Houston and Galveston.

In my role, I am driven by a passion for cultivating thriving communities and delivering exceptional service to both property owners and tenants. My reputation is built upon unwavering dedication and a strong work ethic.

Outside of my professional commitments, I cherish the moments spent with my family. Celebrating nearly two decades of marriage, my husband and I are blessed with twin boys who infuse our home with boundless energy and laughter, complemented by our two beloved Australian Shepherds.

For leisure, I find my peace in nature.  Whether it’s beachcombing, rock hounding, hiking, or simply basking in the sun, these activities rejuvenate my spirit. Moreover, I actively explore native plant gardening and love expanding my culinary repertoire by learning to cook new dishes.
